This type of cement as the regular Portland cement is used for general purposes in making mortar or concrete. Its minimum 28-day compressive strength is 425 kg/cm2.

Increase in speed of construction due to slow and continuous increase of strength and high ultimate strength.
Use
For general purposes in the normal weather and for environments suffering of high levels of sulfate and chloride. In construction of sidewalks, asphalt and structures which need high strength as foundations, columns, bridges and tunnels.
And when use that the special properties specified for any other type are not required.
Not to use
This type is not suitable for environment with high levels of chloride and sulfate.
Note: Cement type 1-425 produced by this company has a special feature. Because of medium level of phase c3a in our product (between 5 to 7), in addition to the mentioned properties, is capable to be used in an environment with medium rate of chloride and sulfate.
